Shipping– Please allow 4-7 business days to receive your order UPS best way unless otherwise specified, International shipments may take up to 2-5 weeks, free shipping applies to all orders over $50 domestic shipments only.
Shipping to Prisons - RockpileBookstore.com delivers to penitentiaries, but we suggest you contact the prison first to determine if there are any special regulations. Some prisons don't allow delivery of hardcover books. Others place a limit on the number of items contained in a package. We cannot send any packages anonymously to inmates and all packages must be sent via US Mail. We cannot ship UPS to prisons.
Shipping to APO or FPO Address - When shipping to an APO or FPO address, only our Standard (about 2 to 6 weeks) and Priority (about 1 to 2 weeks)
Can I drive and pick up my order? Yes! Our customers in the California states can avoid shipping and handling charges with Customer Pick Up. To take advantage of this free service, just place your order online or by phone (619)764.5282 by 12:00 noon on Thursday. In the order process choose Customer Pick Up as your shipping method. Print out your Order Confirmation and bring it with you. Your order will be waiting for you at our main campus location. You can pick your order up on Friday between 2:00 noon and 7:00 p.m.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please contact us before returning any product!
DOMESTIC AND CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

Any defective, incorrect or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt via the U.S. Postal Service (preferably by Media Mail, if qualified). We will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse you for your return postage.

Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, arrived too late, wrong size, etc.), if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in salable condition, will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only.

Imprinted items may NOT be returned for replacement or refund, unless the imprint or item is defective.

Computer software, videos, CDs, cassettes, DVDs or other media may only be returned for refunds if UNOPENED. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement with the same item.

Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a significant restocking fee, at our discretion.

When returning items, please fill out the form on the back of the invoice and enclose it with your return. Because this is a post office box, please do not send your package by UPS or Federal Express. Please allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 2-4 weeks for the new package to arrive.
